Blackchrome is a South Australian sportswear company that wanted to showcase a new product launch; Blackchrome’s custom compression clothing. They wanted to use video, but they weren’t sure how. Not only did they wanted to show a point of difference to Australian competitors but they also wanted to branch out into the American market.
We came up with a really simple idea of “Don’t fit in. Stand out”. To make this concept come to life we used a technique called cinemagraphs, where our hero was moving whilst everyone else was frozen. This technique really helped showcase Blackchrome’s new line.
This project was the perfect blend of creativity and technicality, to show how we created this video we created a case study of the process. This should give you a good insight into the process.
