RSPCA is an independent, community-based charity providing animal care and protection services across Australia. RSPCA SA were close to reaching their capacity for animals they could care for and tasked Anomaly with creating a marketing strategy to get more animals adopted.
Anomaly created a new marketing strategy built off of principles of dating sites, and treated the pairing of animals with their owners in the same way as you would seek to pair with a romantic partner. To ensure the effectiveness of the campaign, Anomaly created a new landing page, a comprehensive digital marketing strategy (across Google Ads, and social media), design collateral, video content, staff sales training, and customer experience refinement for RSPCA SA.
As a result of our marketing strategy RSPCA SA experienced the average animal adoptions per day increase by over double, not only allowing the RSPCA SA to get on top of its capacity issue, but helping hundreds of animals find their forever homes!
