Solution

The Royal Society for the Protection and Care of Animals (RSPCA) is an organisation that greatly contributes to animal welfare. The RSPCA-SA were close to reaching the capacity of the animals it could care for, and tasked Anomaly with creating a marketing strategy to get more animals adopted.

Anomaly created a new marketing strategy built off of principles of dating sites, and treated the pairing of animals with their owners in the same way they would if they were pairing up with a romantic partner. Anomaly created new Landing Pages, Google Ads campaigns, Social Media campaigns, design collateral, video content, staff sales training and customer experience refinement for the RSPCA. This resulted in the average animal adoptions per day increasing by over double, not only allowing the RSPCA to get on top of it’s capacity issue, but helping hundreds of animals find their forever homes!
